No. Clear Day Advisors is not a broker. Clear Day Advisors will work with your broker or your accountants in preparing your business to be sold. Clear Day Advisors  focuses on maximizing earnings and increasing enterprise value.

Once you have made the emotional decision to exit the business. However, engaging Clear Day Advisors after you have been approached by a buyer or have even signed a LOI (Letter of Intent) is also appropriate. Its never too late to obtain a second opinion on the value of yur business.
